Kuzado CRM Product-Specific Terms

1. Incorporation and scope

These terms supplement the Terms and Conditions and are incorporated into each purchase of Kuzado CRM. The confirmation identifies the purchased Plan, quantities, modules, limits and integrations.

CRM is purchased independently from Inceptiva and Kuzado Docs. Its activation, modification, cancellation or termination does not by itself modify subscriptions to the other products.

2. Product description

Kuzado CRM enables the management within an Organization of contacts, accounts, opportunities, activities, tasks, quotes, notes, attachments and other business information, with configurable permissions and visibility.

The available entities, quantities, automations, imports, exports, APIs, webhooks, integrations and artificial intelligence features depend on the purchased Plan.

3. Responsibility for data

The Customer decides which records to add and the purposes for which they will be used. The Customer is responsible for their lawfulness, accuracy, retention and use, and for providing the required information and establishing the necessary legal bases or obtaining the necessary authorizations to process data relating to contacts, leads, representatives or other individuals.

The availability of email, calendar, import, export, automation or webhook features does not authorize communications, processing or access that is contrary to law.

4. Users, permissions and visibility

The Customer will manage its teams, roles, permissions and visibility rules. It must revoke access when no longer required and pay particular attention to permissions that allow information to be exported, automations to be run or external systems to be connected.

5. Integrations and communications

When the Customer connects Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, it will select the authorized accounts, permissions and functions. Tokens or authorizations will be used only to perform the requested actions.

The Customer must verify recipients, content, calendars, endpoints and permissions before automating actions. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Data obtained through Google Workspace APIs will not be used for advertising, commercial profiling, resale, credit assessment, or the training or improvement of general-purpose or non-personalized artificial intelligence models.

6. Artificial intelligence features

When the Customer enables an artificial intelligence feature, CRM may send Inceptiva the minimum context necessary to obtain a suggestion or output. The Customer must review the output before using it in material decisions or communications.

Artificial intelligence features will not modify records or send communications outside the scope authorized by the Customer and the effective permissions.

7. Free trial

Where offered in the catalog and confirmation, a CRM trial will last exactly 14 × 24 hours, with its start and expiry calculated in UTC. Each Organization may use one standard CRM trial; any repeat trial requires express commercial authorization. The trial will not automatically convert to a paid Plan or generate charges upon expiry. To continue, the Customer must expressly purchase a paid Plan.

Upon expiry, operational rights to CRM will be suspended, but the administrative access necessary to purchase and request the available export will remain. Preserved Content may be recovered if a Plan is purchased before its deletion or anonymization. Expiry will not affect Inceptiva, Docs or their respective trials or Subscriptions.

The standard schedule for export, deletion or anonymization and the expiry of residual copies will be the schedule established in the General Terms, without prejudice to the separate rights and procedures set out in the DPA and applicable law.

8. Exportable data and switching

Without prejudice to the DPA and legally permitted exclusions, exportable CRM data includes:

  • accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, tasks, notes, quotes and tags added or generated by the Customer;
  • custom fields and relationships between records that form part of the Organization's configuration;
  • attachments and original files accessible to the Organization;
  • automation, integration and webhook configurations provided by the Customer, excluding secrets and credentials; and
  • functional metadata generated or co-generated through use of the product that is necessary to interpret and reuse the records.

Records and metadata will be provided in CSV, JSON or another structured, commonly used, machine-readable format identified in the export feature. Attachments will be delivered in their original format.

The software, security mechanisms, secrets, credentials, internal fraud-prevention data and third-party assets whose delivery is not permitted are excluded. These exclusions will not be used to improperly prevent or delay switching.

The procedure, notice, transition, extraction, assistance, permitted charges and deletion are governed by the General Terms.

9. Data protection

When KUZTOMER TECH IBERIA, S.L. processes CRM data on the Customer's documented instructions, it will act as processor and the DPA must be validly incorporated before processing begins.

The Privacy Policy separately governs Account, purchasing, billing, support and security data processed for the Company's own purposes.
