2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of kuzado.com and the related public websites that incorporate it.

The purchase and use of Inceptiva, Kuzado CRM and Kuzado Docs are governed by the General B2B SaaS Terms and Conditions, the specific terms for the purchased product, the order confirmation and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and any expressly incorporated service level agreement.

3. Use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully and diligently and must respect the rights of KUZTOMER TECH IBERIA, S.L. and third parties.

Users may not interfere with the security or availability of the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, deliberately provide false information or use the content for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, designs, software, documentation, trademarks, logos and other website content are protected by applicable law and belong to KUZTOMER TECH IBERIA, S.L. or their respective licensors.

Access to the website does not grant any license other than that strictly necessary for ordinary viewing and use. Content may not be reproduced, transformed, distributed or exploited without sufficient authorization or legal entitlement.

The use of cookies and equivalent technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential technologies will require the user's prior choice where legally required.

8. Electronic contracting

Before purchasing a Service, the Customer may review, store and reproduce the applicable contractual documents, the Plan features, the price, taxes, billing frequency and trial, renewal and cancellation terms.

The purchasing process will identify the required steps, the means for correcting errors, the available languages and how to access the archived agreement. The purchase will be completed through an express action by an authorized person and confirmed through a storable electronic means.

9. Changes

This Notice may be updated to reflect legal, corporate or website changes. The published version will identify its version number and effective date.

A change to this Legal Notice does not replace the procedure applicable to amending existing SaaS agreements.

10. Governing law and contact

This Notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules.
